Disaster relief is an increasingly popular subject at JROTC units throughout California. It is endorsed by the state and is being spearheaded by Lt. Col. (Ret) Ken Francis, commander of the Norco High School AFJROTC (CA-20067) unit. In support of his valuable training program, kGi solutions created a disaster preparedness CERT back pack filled with emergency relief products under his instructions... hopefully every JRTOC student will eventually have one!
